WHO WHAT WHERE

Hechizo (pronoounced E-chee-so) is a ceramic studio specializing in hand crafted lighting, jewelry and home wares. Hechizo means 'a spell or magic charm' in Spanish. While we are a very small team and almost everything in our collection is made to order, we strive to provide excellent craftsmanship and customer service. Our studio is located in the Scott's Addition neighborhood of Richmond, VA

SHIPPING

For jewelryorders please allow 5 business days for production before your order ships. Ready to ship items will be sent out up to 3 business days from date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please email hello@shophechizo.com if you do not receive a purchase confirmation or shipping confirmation within the above stated window.

For lighting orders please allow up to 4 weeks of production before your order ships. If you are local to Richmond and would like to pick up your piece please email  hello@shophechizo.com before placing your order.

For international shipping please contact us at hello@shophechizo.com for a quote.

JEWELRY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your handmade jewelry and would always prefer to find you a different piece from our collection if you’re not thrilled with your original purchase.

• We accept returns and exchanges on pieces in original condition within 14 business days.
• Store credit for item (minus shipping fees) is also available.
• Product must be in un-worn and re-sellable condition 
• We are not able to refund the original shipping fees. 
• Purchaser is responsible for safely shipping items to be exchanged back to our studio and for the cost of sending the item back to our studio. 
• If there is a price difference on goods, buyer will be billed or refunded. 
• All sales are final on sale items and custom orders.

Please email us at hello@shophechizo.com  with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once we've communicated, ship unworn jewelry in its original packaging (or equally well-padded box) to:

•  Include a copy of the receipt or order number.
• Refund will be issued in original form of payment within 7 business days from receipt of product.
• Exchanged product will be sent within 5 business days from receipt of original item(s).
• Please make sure items are packaged in a well-padded small box and secured for shipping to avoid any breakage during transit.

LIGHTING RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We craft all lighting to order. Due to the labor and carbon footprint behind shipping large scale ceramic works we have chosen to make all lighting sales final. If you detect a problem with your light please contact us at hello@shophechizo.com and we will work with you to find a resolution. Please see  Breakage or Terms and Conditions sections below for more information.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We would love to make something special for you! Interested in a different stripe color or shade variation? Want to discuss a one-of-kind lighting project or collaboration? We make everything in-house so we can fabricate the piece of your dreams. Please email hali@shophechizo.com to get your project started.

BREAKAGE & REPAIRS

We pack every item with care but accidents can happen. Please send us an email hello@shophechizo.com to discuss. Repair fees may apply. Refer to your product listing for product care at home.

TRADE

We offer special pricing to the trade as well as to retail partners interested in carrying our lighting and jewelry. If you are a designer or store interested in carrying our line please email hali@shophechizo.com. Thank you for your interest!

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

We make every attempt to represent our products online in the same way they will look in your home. However, due to the hand made production processes we utilize, small variations in glaze appearance, ceramic applications / motifs and size (we're talking mm not inches) should be expected. Consider these hallmarks of a hand crafted piece. We hope you delight in the uniqueness. Email hello@shophechizo.com with any concerns or questions.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

In no event shall Hali Armstrong / Hechizo's liability exceed the total amount paid to Hali Armstrong / Hechizo for goods and services under this agreement. Hechizo provides goods and services in a manner which meets generally accepted standards for our industry. We use only UL Listed components and wiring protocols under the guidance of UL codes. Any of our lights can be UL Listed for an additional fee.

In the event that at any time, any portion of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, non-binding, or otherwise without legal force or effect, said portion shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining portions will remain in full effect.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.

While we endeavor to present all information accurately, we cannot guarantee that all published information, including catalogs and our website are entirely error free.
